This IMO ePublication is accessible in 2 ways:

A protected PDF document, although printing of up to 50 pages is enabled (Max 10 pages per session). The document is downloadable to the cache of the user’s computer.
HTML format, accessible online only. This contains useful XML links across relevant sections within the publication.
